Guided by Excellence Body: GPS is governed by an independent Board of Directors—a cohort of leaders dedicated to the mission of global discovery. Our board provides strategic oversight, ensures legal compliance, and holds the organization to the highest ethical standards.

• Conflict of Interest: We maintain a rigorous Conflict of Interest policy to ensure that every decision made is in the best interest of our scholars and our mission.
• Pro-Bono Operations: We are proud to share that IPTALY Luxury Travel provides all logistical planning and professional travel services to GPS on a pro-bono basis. This unique partnership allows us to keep our overhead remarkably low, ensuring that the vast majority of every donation goes directly toward student transformation.

Protecting the Investment Body: We view every donation as an investment in a student’s future. As a 501(c)(3) applicant, we are committed to full financial disclosure.

• IRS Status: Global Passport Scholars is currently a registered non-profit corporation, with our federal tax-exempt status pending.
• Public Disclosure: Upon request, we provide access to our governing documents, including our Bylaws and our most recent financial filings.
• Efficiency: Because our leadership provides their professional expertise pro-bono, we prioritize "Impact-First" spending.
